This is a single 64GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered RDIMM built to the PC4-25600 JEDEC standard with CL22 timing and 1.2V operation. It uses a 2Rx4 288-pin layout without a heat spreader and is sold new as a direct replacement for Dell P2MYX systems.
