Oxford Diecast 1964 Ford Country Station Wagon

This 1/87 scale diecast model replicates the 1964 Ford Country Station Wagon Squire in vintage burgundy with woodgrain sides and a white interior. It is an officially licensed collectible made of diecast metal with plastic parts, measuring approximately 2.375 inches long. The sealed model has no openings and arrives in a plastic display showcase inside the manufacturer's original unopened box. It suits adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts seeking true-to-scale detail.

Installation and common issues

No assembly is required; the model is ready for display straight from the showcase. The sealed construction means doors, bonnet and boot cannot be opened, so interior details are viewed through the windows only. Diecast metal with plastic parts is durable but can scratch if handled roughly, so keep the model in its showcase when not on display. Avoid exposing the painted finish to direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.

Before ordering

Confirm that 1/87 (HO) scale fits your existing layout or display cabinet dimensions. The model measures roughly 2.375 inches in length, so verify shelf spacing accordingly. As a sealed unit with no moving parts, it is intended for static display rather than play or operational layouts. Ensure you are comfortable with a non-opening model that prioritises exterior and interior accuracy over interactive features.
