Three stainless-steel scoop sizes

The set includes large, medium and small dishers made from 18/8 stainless steel with ABS handles. Each scoop is food-grade, stain-resistant and will not pit, rust or corrode. The three capacities cover a range of portioning tasks from cookies to ice cream. They are dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.

Capacities from 23 ml to 80 ml

The small scoop holds 1.5 Tbsp or 23 ml, the medium holds 2.7 Tbsp or 40 ml and the large holds 5.3 Tbsp or 80 ml. Diameters measure 1.6 inch, 2 inch and 2.5 inch respectively. These volumes handle most cookie dough, cupcake batter and ice-cream portions. Very hard frozen foods can damage the trigger mechanism.
