The OXO Good Grips grater uses high, etched stainless steel teeth to turn ginger and garlic into a fine paste with minimal effort. The same surface handles turmeric and horseradish cleanly. A snap-on cover collects the paste and doubles as a scraper to keep fingers away from the sharp edges.

Capacity and headroom

The grating surface is sized for typical recipe quantities of fresh aromatics and processes them quickly into a wet paste. It is not suited for hard cheeses, chocolate or large volumes of root vegetables where a coarse shred or higher throughput is required.

Fit in the kitchen
