This OXO set supplies eight ceramic chopstick rests in black, each finished with a distinct Japanese-style pattern. The rests measure 2.72 by 0.83 by 0.59 inches and weigh 0.29 kilograms total. They are designed to keep chopsticks, forks, spoons or brushes from rolling off the table during meals or creative work.

Clear Plastic Storage Case Included

A transparent plastic case holds all eight pieces together, making storage simple and protecting the ceramic surfaces between uses. The case adds no extra function beyond organisation and protection, so the rests remain ready for daily dining or occasional entertaining without clutter.

Suits Home Diners and Gift Buyers

Buyers who want a coordinated, decorative rest for everyday cutlery or painting tools will find the quantity and variety useful. Those needing heat-resistant trivets, larger serving utensil rests or a matching full cutlery set should look elsewhere, as this product covers only the small ceramic holders described.

Questions about this item

Will the ceramic chopstick rests chip or need replacing with daily washing?

The rests are made of high-quality ceramic that is smooth to the touch and easy to clean. With normal care they resist chipping, but like any ceramic item they can break if dropped on a hard surface.

What stops the chopsticks from sliding off the 2.72-inch long rest during a long meal?

Each rest measures 2.72 × 0.83 × 0.59 inch and has a stable ceramic base with a shaped groove that keeps chopsticks, forks, spoons or brushes from rolling off the table.

Do the black ceramic pieces get hot or transfer heat if left near a stove all day?

Ceramic does not conduct heat quickly, so the rests stay cool to the touch even when placed near warm dishes. They draw no power and produce no noise during use.
