What this set includes

The OXO P089 set contains 24 stainless-steel pieces comprising 7 pairs of chopsticks in blue, purple, gold, black, silver and rose gold. Each stick measures 9.05 inches or 23 centimetres long and is made from 304-grade metal. The square-profile handles give a secure grip for adults and children alike. All pieces are dishwasher safe.

Who this suits and who it does not

Households that want colour-coded, reusable chopsticks for daily meals or entertaining will find the variety practical. Buyers who need a full place setting with knives, forks or spoons should look elsewhere because the set supplies only chopsticks. Anyone preferring lightweight bamboo or plastic utensils will not be satisfied by the metal weight.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm that 9.05-inch chopsticks fit your storage drawer or utensil holder, as the packaged dimensions are 29.1 by 7.3 by 1.7 centimetres. Ensure all users are comfortable with a square stainless-steel handle rather than a round or textured grip. Check that your dishwasher cycle reaches temperatures suitable for 304 stainless steel.

Questions about this item

What existing flatware do I need so the 24-piece OXO P089 set completes a place setting?

The set contains only 7 pairs of 9.05-inch stainless steel chopsticks in seven colours, so you will still need your own knives, forks, spoons and serving pieces.

Will the square-profile 304 stainless chopsticks sit securely in my current utensil tray?

Each chopstick measures 9.05 inches long with a square ergonomic handle, fitting standard trays that accept 23 cm flatware.

How can I verify the 24-piece set is performing as intended after the first wash?

Run them through the dishwasher; the 304 stainless steel should show no rust, colour fade, bending or surface pitting.
