19-Piece Dehydrator Mat Set

The OXO STA-Thenshop-2276 set provides 8 silicone mats with raised edges, 10 mesh dryer mats and a green silicone scraper. It is designed for home cooks who dehydrate fruits, vegetables, meats or liquid purees and want reusable non-stick surfaces. The variety of mat types covers both solid and airflow-dependent drying tasks in one package.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The mesh sheets measure 11.8 by 11.8 inches and can be trimmed to fit different dehydrator trays, maintaining consistent airflow during long drying cycles. Silicone sheets at 12.2 by 10.2 inches feature a .4 inch raised edge that contains liquids such as apple sauce without spillage over extended periods. Both materials remain non-stick through repeated high-temperature batches.

Thermals, Noise and Power

These accessories add no power draw, noise or heat of their own; they operate passively inside the dehydrator. Silicone construction tolerates the appliance's operating temperatures without warping or odour. The included scraper removes dried food cleanly, so mats rinse quickly and return to service without residue buildup.

Questions about this item

How much heat can the silicone mats with the .4 inch raised edge handle during all-day drying?

The silicone mats are high temperature resistant and non-stick, so they stay stable through extended dehydrating sessions without warping or releasing odour.

What size trays or machines do the 11.8 x 11.8 inch mesh sheets need to fit?

The mesh sheets can be trimmed to match a variety of dehydrator trays, so they work with many different machine sizes.

Will the 12.2 x 10.2 inch silicone mats sit flat on older dehydrator racks that have wider spacing?

The mats are flexible and can be cut to size, letting them conform to older rack dimensions without slipping through gaps.
