A pack of 100 round-point carbon-steel safety blades for utility knives, .025 in. thick, suited to opening boxes, stripping wire insulation and cutting thin flooring
The Pacific Handy Cutter SP-017 round point safety blade is made from carbon steel for cutting thin materials such as wire insulation, cardboard boxes, carpeting and linoleum flooring. Each blade measures 2-3/4 inches wide, 2 1/4 inches long and 0.025 inches thick. The pack contains 100 blades for extended use.
Carbon steel construction keeps the edge sharp through repeated slicing tasks. The round point reduces puncture risk while still allowing controlled cuts on flat sheet goods. Blades are loose-packed so they can be loaded into compatible utility knives or holders as needed.
This pack replaces worn straight or pointed blades that snag or tear thin stock. The jump is worth it when high-volume cutting demands a safer tip geometry and a ready supply of 100 consistent edges. Buyers who need hooked blades or specialised scoring profiles should look elsewhere.

The SP-017 is a standard utility-knife blade that fits common snap-off or fixed-blade holders accepting 2 1/4 in carbon-steel blades.
The box holds 100 blades each 3/4 in wide and .025 in thick, so a shallow drawer or pegboard bin a few inches deep is sufficient.
Slide the blade into the holder until it locks, keeping pressure on the spine rather than the sharpened tip to avoid kinking the .025 in carbon steel.
