Ready-to-use AAA cells

Panasonic Eneloop Pro AAA NiMH batteries arrive pre-charged and hold 85 percent of their capacity after a year in storage. The 950 mAh cells deliver 1.2 volts and are built for high-drain devices that demand steady output.

Simple drop-in power

Installation is a straight swap for any device that takes AAA alkalines; no special charger or conditioning cycle is required. The only common issue is mixing fresh and partially depleted cells, which can cut run-time short.

Chemistry-defined limits

Nickel-metal-hydride chemistry fixes the nominal voltage at 1.2 volts, so some equipment designed for 1.5 volt primaries may show a low-battery warning earlier. The pack is rated for 500 recharge cycles and operates down to minus 20 degrees Celsius.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Eneloop Pro AAA cells are holding charge correctly after the first few charge cycles?

Charge the batteries fully, let them rest for a day, then use them in a high-drain device such as a camera flash; they should deliver near the rated 950 mAh before voltage drops to 1.2 V.

What comes in the 4-card pack and is a charger included?

The pack contains four pre-charged AAA NiMH cells rated at 950 mAh; a charger is not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose these 950 mAh AAA cells or a higher-capacity version for my device?

These cells are rated at 950 mAh and are designed for high-drain use down to -20 °C; select them when you need that specific capacity and temperature performance.
