Panasonic MH-C801D charger with 16 AAA Eneloop batteries 800 mAh

SKU CH-W3K8-RDEX1 MPN MH-C801D

Eight-cell charger with 16 Japanese-made AAA Eneloop batteries at 800 mAh each, charging at 2000 mA from 100-240 VAC

  • Battery typeAAA
  • Charges up to eight cells simultaneously with 2000 mA rate
  • 16 Eneloop AAA cells deliver 800 mAh capacity each
  • Operates worldwide on 100–240 VAC 50/60 Hz input
  • NiMH chemistry provides 1.2 V output for reliable power
  • Includes both 18 V 2000 mA and 20 V 100 mA DC outputs

Charger and 16 AAA cells

The Powerex MH-C801D charges up to eight AA or AAA NiMH cells at a 2000 mA rate from a 100-240 VAC supply. Sixteen Panasonic Eneloop AAA batteries rated at 800 mAh and 1.2 V are included, all made in Japan.

Eight independent channels

Each channel monitors voltage and temperature separately, so mixed cell sizes and charge states can be handled together without overcharging. The 18 V 2000 mA and 20 V 100 mA outputs support both rapid and maintenance modes.

Ready for high-drain devices

The 800 mAh Eneloop cells suit cordless phones, remotes and compact electronics that draw moderate current. They are not intended for equipment that demands higher capacity or sustained loads beyond their rated output.

Questions about this item

How long do the 800 mAh AAA Eneloop cells last before they need replacing?

The Panasonic Eneloop AAA cells hold 800 mAh and are rated for hundreds of recharge cycles, so replacement depends on how often you fully discharge and recharge them.

What limits the MH-C801D charger during continuous operation?

The charger delivers 2000 mA per slot and runs from 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, so sustained use is limited by the 2 A charge rate and the AC input capacity.

How much heat or noise does the MH-C801D produce when charging all day?

The unit draws 1200 mA from the mains and outputs 18 V at 2000 mA, generating modest warmth but no fan noise during extended charging sessions.
