Panasonic WXST600 Wireless Base for 18 inch Gooseneck Microphone

Wireless base for Panasonic gooseneck microphone

The WXST600 is a wireless base designed for Panasonic's 18 inch gooseneck microphone. It provides a cable-free connection between the microphone and a compatible receiver system. The unit includes a 3.5 mm monaural audio input for mixing external sound sources into the transmission. Two AA Ni-MH batteries deliver approximately 13 hours of operation.

Operation modes and external control

The base offers Always ON and Push-To-Talk modes, with a switch that toggles or activates talk while held. Talk status can also be controlled remotely from the receiver side for centralised management. A four-level indicator displays the current volume setting. Buyers needing a wired-only microphone stand or a base without external control capability should consider other options.

Battery runtime and audio input

The specified battery life of approximately 13 hours on two AA Ni-MH cells determines how long the microphone can operate wirelessly between charges. The 3.5 mm monaural input allows external audio sources to be mixed into the wireless signal. Ensure this runtime and input type match the requirements of the intended installation.
