The Panduit BS18-C is a bare copper butt splice designed for crimp terminations on 18 to 22 AWG conductors. It suits installers joining solid or stranded wire in panels, harnesses or automotive looms where insulation is supplied separately.

Wire range

The connector accepts a minimum of 22 AWG and a maximum of 18 AWG, with a barrel inside diameter of .076 in and outside diameter of .14 in. Using wire outside this range will prevent a reliable crimp and may fail inspection.
