Cable clamp for ¼ inch bundles

This pack contains one hundred screw-on cable clamps in a natural nylon finish. Each clamp has a fixed 1/4 inch internal diameter designed to hold a single cable run. The 6/6 nylon construction operates from -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Installers secure the 3/8 inch wide band with a single screw through the mounting hole.

Suited for permanent routing on wood or metal

The screw-mount base works well for fixed installations in racks, cabinets or along structural members. The natural colour blends with light backgrounds and is paintable if required. Buyers needing adhesive backing, releasable straps or plenum-rated material should look at a different product.

Fixed 1/4 inch diameter decides fit

The clamp only accepts bundles that measure exactly 1/4 inch across; larger or smaller cables will not be held securely. This dimension is the single specification that determines whether the part matches the cable being routed.

Questions about this item

Does the pack of 100 clamps include mounting screws or must they be purchased separately?

The pack contains 100 natural nylon clamps with a 1/4 in clamping diameter and .05 in thickness; mounting screws are not included and must be sourced separately.

Which clamp size suits a 1/4 in cable bundle versus a larger diameter?

This model has a fixed 1/4 in clamping diameter, 3/8 in band width and .05 in thickness, so it only fits bundles that match that exact diameter.

Will the 1/4 in clamp hold securely when the equipment runs at the 185 °F upper temperature limit?

The 6/6 nylon clamps are rated for a continuous temperature range of -40 to 185 °F, so they maintain grip at the maximum rated temperature.
