The ball-lock mechanism provides a secure hold without the need for additional tools. Metal-detectable material adds safety in food or pharmaceutical processing lines.

Simple Ball-Lock Installation

Wrap the 20.5 inch strap around the bundle, insert the tail into the head and pull tight; the internal ball bearing locks automatically at any position along the length. The 0.18 inch width and 0.01 inch thickness allow the tie to slide through tight conduit spaces while the 200 lb tensile strength resists accidental release. No special tensioning gun is required, though over-tightening by hand can deform thin-walled cables.
