6 AWG Ring Terminal 200 Pack

This pack supplies two hundred bare copper ring terminals sized for 6 AWG conductors and a quarter-inch stud. They suit automotive, marine and industrial wiring jobs where a secure crimp connection is required.

Capacity and headroom

Each terminal accepts a single 6 AWG wire and is rated for up to 2,000 volts and 302 °F. The brazed seam holds together under vibration, but the bare barrel offers no insulation so a separate sleeve or heat-shrink is needed for exposed runs.

Bundled accessories

The box contains only the two hundred terminals; no crimp tool, heat-shrink tubing or insulation sleeves are included. Users must provide their own crimper matched to 6 AWG and any additional protection the installation demands.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/4 in stud on these 6 AWG terminals fit the same bolts I use with older 8 AWG lugs?

Yes — the 1/4 in stud size is identical, so existing bolts and bus bars will accept the new terminals without re-drilling.

How can I verify the crimp is solid once I install a terminal?

After crimping, tug the wire firmly; a proper joint holds 6 AWG copper without movement, and the brazed seam stays closed up to 302 °F.

Does the 200-piece pack include any heat-shrink tubing or crimp tool?

The box contains only the bare copper ring terminals; insulation and a suitable crimp tool must be purchased separately.
