Phase Change Pad for CPU and GPU

The PANO-MOUNTS XBP-40802-2PACK supplies two phase change thermal pads measuring 40x80x0.2mm. Each pad delivers 8.5 W/mK conductivity for core cooling on desktop CPUs, GPUs and SSDs. The material is also compatible with PS5 and Steam Deck thermal management. It is not suited for video memory or power supply module cooling.

Sheet Format with Included Tools

The pad uses a double-sided micro-adhesive sheet design that removes the mess and drying issues of traditional paste. A scraper, pry bar, pry piece, brush, screwdriver and fingerstall are included for removal and installation. The 0.2mm thickness can be trimmed with the provided tools to fit smaller laptop or custom device footprints.

8.5 W/mK Conductivity Headroom

Thermal resistance is rated at 0.04°Ccm²/W for efficient heat transfer from main processor dies. The 40x80mm dimensions cover standard CPU and GPU integrated heat spreaders with margin. Builders needing larger coverage for bigger dies or multiple components will require additional or larger pads.
