Purpose and audience

The Panorama Antennas PWB-24-58 is a dual-band paddle antenna built for Wi-Fi terminals and routers operating at 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. It suits installers who need a ground-plane-independent radiator with an RP-SMA connector for direct attachment to compatible wireless equipment.

Build integration

The articulated RP-SMA connector lets you angle the antenna for optimal clearance and signal direction without requiring a specific mounting surface. Its ground-plane-independent design frees the installer from needing a metal backplane, so it fits into plastic enclosures or remote sensor housings where a traditional dipole would detune.

Bundled impact

No additional cables, adapters or mounting hardware are listed in the supplied data, so the antenna arrives ready to screw onto an existing RP-SMA port. The low-profile paddle form factor reduces visual intrusion in office or retail deployments while the flexible joint helps avoid mechanical stress on the radio connector during positioning.
