Papo Black Lusitanian Foal 51499

This Papo figure depicts a black Lusitanian foal in a realistic pose. It is made for children aged three years and older who enjoy animal-themed play. Collectors of detailed model horses also appreciate the hand-painted finish. The piece suits both imaginative storytelling and display purposes.

Upgrade from basic plastic animals

The figure replaces generic, mould-coloured toys with a hand-painted model that shows breed-specific detail. The jump is worth it when a child wants a recognisable Lusitanian shape rather than a vague horse shape. It also serves collectors who need accurate coat colour and anatomy for a breed-focused shelf. Durable construction withstands regular handling.

Simple placement, watch for small parts

No assembly is required; the foal stands on its own hooves immediately after unpacking. The main issue is the small overall size, which can be a choking hazard for children under the recommended age. Paint may chip if the figure is dropped repeatedly onto hard floors. Store it away from direct sunlight to preserve the black finish.
