Connects a 4-prong L14-20 power cord to a 3-prong L5-20 generator outlet at 125V and 20A
This Parkworld adapter connects a locking 20-amp L5-20P plug to a locking 20-amp L14-20R receptacle. It is rated for 125 volts and 20 amps with a 2500-watt capacity. The moulded PVC housing contains 100-per-cent copper conductors and is tested to UL and cUL standards. The yellow straight-blade design suits generator and power-distribution applications.
Builders or operators who have a 4-prong L14-20 cord and must plug into a 3-prong 20-amp 120-volt generator outlet will find this adapter fits the requirement. It bridges the two hot terminals on the receptacle side. Users requiring a genuine 125-250-volt split-phase supply or a 30-amp rating should look at a different solution because this unit provides only single-voltage 125-volt operation at 20 amps.
The adapter comfortably powers tools, lighting or small appliances that draw up to the full 20-amp rating. Headroom ends when the load exceeds 20 amps or when a device needs the second 120-volt leg that a true L14-20 service provides. It will not support 30-amp generator inlets or 250-volt-only equipment.

Yes, the male end is a locking L5-20P plug rated 20 A at 125 V, so the generator must provide that exact outlet.
No, the female end is a 4-prong L14-20R rated 20 A; an L14-30 plug has a different blade spacing and will not seat.
The PVC body contains 100 % copper conductors tested to UL and cUL standards; verify voltage at the receptacle with a multimeter set to 120 V AC.
