12.1" IP65 industrial panel PC

This 12.1 inch all-in-one system combines an Intel Core i7-6500U processor with a projected capacitive touchscreen rated IP65 on the front. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and 8 GB of DDR3L memory for immediate deployment in factory or kiosk roles. The fanless aluminium chassis enables silent 24/7 operation in dust-prone or wash-down environments.

8 GB DDR3L and 128 GB mSATA baseline

The board accepts two SODIMM slots up to 16 GB total, giving headroom for heavier workloads or multitasking. Storage expands through an M.2 2280 NVME or SATA slot plus a 2.5 inch SATA bay, so capacity can grow well beyond the supplied 128 GB mSATA drive. The single-channel memory configuration and sixth-generation CPU will limit throughput for compute-intensive AI inference tasks.

Fanless aluminium with embedded mounting

Passive cooling removes moving parts, reducing maintenance in vibration-heavy settings. The 306.8 x 235.12 x 54.5 mm footprint fits a 301 x 229 mm cut-out for flush panel mounting, while VESA, desktop or cantilever options cover other installations. Dual LAN, dual COM, HDMI, VGA and four USB ports provide legacy and modern I/O without adapters.

Questions about this item

Will the i7-6500U with DDR3L-1600 memory and VGA or HDMI ports drive my existing 1024 x 768 monitor without an adapter?

The i7-6500U includes Intel HD Graphics 520 and provides both VGA and HDMI outputs, so a legacy 1024 x 768 display can be connected directly using either port.

How can I verify the 10-point projected capacitive touch screen and fanless cooling are functioning after installation?

Test all ten simultaneous touch points on the 12.1" panel and confirm silent operation; the aluminum alloy chassis should remain warm but noise-free under load.

Which mounting hardware and expansion modules are included versus sold separately?

The box contains the panel PC, a 12V power supply and a power cord; Mini PCIe WiFi/4G cards, SIM cards and any mounting brackets must be purchased separately.
