Industrial 21.5" Panel PC

The Partaker A17-PA-215TPC-CE5A(I53) is a 21.5 inch all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. It combines an Intel Core i5 3rd Gen processor running at 1.70GHz with 8GB DDR3 memory and a 128GB SSD. The front panel carries an IP65 rating and a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen suited for factory floors or kiosk deployments.

Sustained operation characteristics

Fanless aluminium-alloy cooling keeps the system silent while dissipating heat during continuous 24/7 workloads. The 5-wire resistive touch layer is rated for 35 million touches and maintains 80% transmittance at 550 nm. Backlight life is specified at 30000 hours minimum, supporting long-term deployment without active airflow.

Pre-installation checks

Verify the 522 x 315 mm cut-out and 527.8 x 321 x 54.5 mm overall dimensions match your enclosure or mounting plan. Ensure a 12V DC supply is available from the included 100-240V AC adapter. Confirm that DDR3L SODIMM and mSATA or 2.5 inch SATA storage formats align with any planned upgrades, and that legacy VGA or dual COM ports satisfy your peripheral requirements.

Questions about this item

How much noise and heat does the fanless aluminium chassis produce during 24/7 operation?

The fanless aluminium alloy chassis runs silently with passive cooling, drawing 12 V DC power and rated for continuous 7 × 24 hour operation at 0 – 50 °C with the installed SSD.

Which cables and peripherals must I already have to set up this panel PC?

The box includes the 12 V power supply, AC cord and embedded mounting buckles; you will need to provide any HDMI or VGA display cables, USB keyboards or mice, Ethernet cable and serial devices for the two COM ports.

Will the Intel 3rd Gen Core i5 and DDR3L memory work with my existing 32-bit industrial software?

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed with Linux Ubuntu also supported; the 1.70 GHz processor, 8 GB DDR3L RAM and Intel HD Graphics run legacy 32-bit applications through WoW64 compatibility mode.
