Industrial Panel PC for Embedded Installations

The Partaker A18 is a 10.1 inch all-in-one computer with an IP65 rated front panel and multi-touch capacitive screen. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5 10310U processor with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. The unit supports 9-36V wide voltage input through a Phoenix connector for industrial power environments.

Fanless Aluminium Cooling and Wide Temperature Range

An aluminium alloy chassis provides fanless cooling for silent operation and energy efficiency. The system operates from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius for commercial use and -20 to 60 degrees Celsius with an industrial SSD. Two 8-ohm 2-watt speakers deliver audio output without moving parts.

Versatile I/O and Expansion Options

Connectivity includes two COM ports for RS232/RS422/RS485, HDMI, dual Intel 1000M LAN, four USB 3.0 ports and audio jacks. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM card holder allows WiFi or 4G expansion. Storage can be expanded via one M.2 2280 SATA slot and one 2.5 inch SATA bay with RAID 0/1 support.

Questions about this item

How is the Partaker A18 mounted into a 262 x 180 mm cut-out and which step is often missed?

Fasten the panel from the front using the embedded mounting clips; the step often missed is applying even pressure around the IP65 gasket so the seal seats uniformly before tightening the screws.

Which memory module will need replacement if capacity must exceed 32 GB and what type is required?

The single SODIMM DDR4-2666 slot is already populated at the 32 GB maximum; any upgrade requires a higher-capacity DDR4 SODIMM, but the platform does not support more than 32 GB.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous fanless operation at high load?

The aluminum-alloy chassis dissipates heat passively; sustained loads at the upper end of the 0–50 °C commercial or –20–60 °C industrial range will trigger CPU throttling before the case temperature becomes critical.
