Industrial 12.1″ All-in-One

The Partaker A2 is a compact panel PC built around a 1.70 GHz Intel Core i5 3rd Gen processor with 4 GB of DDR3 memory and a 64 GB SSD. Its fanless aluminium chassis carries an IP65-rated front panel and a 12.1″ TFT LED display with a high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed, making the unit ready for embedded automation, kiosk or HMI deployments straight out of the box.

Sustained-load behaviour

Passive cooling relies on the aluminium housing to dissipate heat, so the system remains silent while the CPU manages thermal output under continuous industrial workloads. Operating temperature is rated 0–50 °C with the fitted SSD, dropping to 0–40 °C if a mechanical drive is added later. The watchdog timer offers 255 levels of hardware monitoring to recover from software stalls without manual intervention.

Interface practical limits

Video output is provided through one HDMI and one VGA port, each driving external displays at the panel’s native 1024 × 768 resolution. Four USB 2.0 ports and two COM ports handle legacy peripherals and serial equipment, while a single LAN jack covers wired networking. Internal expansion uses a full-size Mini PCIe slot with a SIM socket for 4G or Wi-Fi modules, and storage can be extended via the mSATA slot or a 2.5″ SATA bay.

Questions about this item

How much heat and noise does the fanless aluminium housing produce during continuous operation?

The fanless aluminium chassis dissipates heat silently, with an operating range of 0 to 50 °C when the 64 GB SSD is installed, so it runs cool and quiet all day.

Which memory modules must I already have to reach the 8 GB maximum supported by the single SODIMM slot?

You need a DDR3L SODIMM rated at 1333 or 1600 MT/s; the system ships with 4 GB and accepts one module up to 8 GB total.

Can I keep using my existing VGA monitor and legacy COM devices with the HDMI, VGA and two COM ports on this unit?

Yes, the panel PC provides both HDMI and VGA video outputs plus two COM ports, so older displays and serial equipment connect directly.
