Industrial all-in-one for harsh environments

The Partaker A2 is a 12.1 inch fanless panel PC built around an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB SSD. Its IP65-rated front panel and 0 to 50°C operating range suit factory floors, outdoor kiosks and vehicle-mounted stations. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Resistive touch limits and display constraints

The 5-wire resistive screen needs firm pressure and does not support multi-touch gestures common on capacitive panels. Viewing angles are 80 degrees in every direction, so side-mounted operators see colour shift. Brightness tops out at 350 cd/m², which can wash out in direct sunlight, and the 1024 x 768 resolution caps detail on modern SCADA interfaces.

Upgrade path from older panel PCs

The dual SODIMM slots accept up to 64GB of DDR4-3200, and the M.2 plus 2.5 inch bays allow storage expansion beyond the shipped 256GB. Two COM ports and dual LAN keep legacy PLC links alive while HDMI and VGA drive external monitors. The jump makes sense when a sealed, silent chassis replaces a noisy box PC that fails in dust or vibration.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 16GB DDR4 and 256GB SSD configuration or upgrade to the maximum 64GB memory?

The unit ships with 16GB DDR4-3200 across two SODIMM slots and a 256GB M.2 SSD; both slots are occupied, so reaching 64GB requires replacing the installed modules.

What does the Core i5-1135G7 4.20 GHz boost mean for daily industrial workloads?

The processor can reach 4.20 GHz on short bursts, while the fanless aluminium chassis sustains quiet 7×24 operation at 0–50 °C with the SSD installed.

Which video outputs are available and what resolution do they support?

HDMI and VGA ports are provided; the built-in 12.1" panel runs at 1024×768, and external displays can be driven at their native resolutions through those interfaces.
