Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A2 is a 12.1 inch all-in-one computer built for continuous industrial use. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water jets, while the fanless aluminium chassis operates silently from 0 to 50 °C. The high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen works with gloves and withstands 35 million touches. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Fanless cooling relies on the full aluminium body to spread heat during 7 x 24 hour operation. The Intel Core i7-8565U runs at up to 4.60 GHz within the 0 to 50 °C envelope without throttling from active airflow. Dual SODIMM DDR4-2400 memory and an M.2 2280 NVME drive maintain throughput during long data-logging or HMI sessions. The watchdog timer (255 levels) and auto power-on after failure keep processes alive without operator intervention.

Deciding Specification

The 12.1 inch 1024 x 768 resistive touchscreen with IP65 front protection determines fit. Buyers needing a larger display, higher resolution, capacitive multi-touch, or a non-industrial enclosure should look elsewhere. The fixed 12 V DC input, 301 x 229 mm panel cut-out, and embedded buckle mounting suit cabinet integration but not open-frame or VESA-only installations.

Questions about this item

How much heat and noise does the fanless aluminium-alloy chassis produce during continuous 24/7 operation?

The fanless aluminium-alloy cooling system runs silently and is rated for stable 7 × 24 hour operation within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 50 °C when an SSD is installed.

Which power supply and display cables must I already have to get the unit running out of the box?

A 12 V DC power supply with cord is included; you only need to provide an HDMI or VGA cable if you want to connect an external monitor.

Can the two COM ports and VGA output still drive my existing industrial peripherals and legacy monitors?

Yes — the unit provides two COM ports and a VGA connector alongside two LAN ports, HDMI, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, so older serial devices and analogue displays connect directly.
