Industrial 17" IP65 Panel PC

The Partaker A21 is a fanless all-in-one computer with a 17-inch IP65-rated front panel and a resistive multi-touch screen. It runs on an Intel Core i7-10510U processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate deployment in industrial environments.

Embedded mounting with wide-voltage input

Installation uses the supplied embedded cut-out of 389 by 321 millimetres, with wall, desktop or cantilever options also possible. Power connects through a 2-pin Phoenix terminal accepting 9 to 36 volts DC, so wiring must match that range exactly. The single SODIMM slot is already filled to the 32GB maximum, preventing later memory upgrades.

Fanless aluminium chassis for continuous duty

The sealed aluminium alloy body dissipates heat without moving parts, supporting 24/7 operation across a 0 to 50°C commercial range or -20 to 60°C with an industrial SSD. Dual Intel gigabit LAN ports and two COM ports configurable for RS232, RS422 or RS485 maintain stable connectivity during prolonged workloads.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the IP65 front panel and fanless cooling are working after installation?

Verify the front panel meets IP65 rating by checking for water and dust resistance, ensure the aluminium alloy chassis runs silently without fan noise, and confirm the system operates within the 0 to 50 °C commercial or -20 to 60 °C industrial temperature ranges.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The unit includes the 17 inch TFT LED touch panel PC with Intel i7-10510U, 32 GB DDR4-2666 memory, 1 TB M.2 2280 SATA SSD, Windows 11 Pro, two 8-ohm 2-watt speakers, and a 12 V 5 A power adapter; Wi-Fi or 4G modules for the Mini PCIe slot and SIM card are not included.

Which configuration should I choose if I need more storage or RAID?

This model provides one M.2 2280 SATA SSD and one 2.5 inch SATA bay supporting RAID 0 or 1; add a second 2.5 inch SATA SSD or HDD to enable RAID or increase capacity beyond the installed 1 TB.
