Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A23 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated front panel and fanless aluminium cooling. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5-8265U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. The 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen operates at 1024x768 resolution and is rated for 200 million touches. This unit is built for continuous 24/7 duty in industrial automation, kiosk or machine-interface roles.

Verify Power, Mounting and Expansion Needs

Confirm your site can supply 12V DC via the included 100-240V AC adapter. The panel-mount cutout requires a 348 x 272mm opening; the chassis measures 354.3 x 278.3 x 54mm and weighs 3.6kg. Check that the operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C suits the installation. Two SODIMM slots support up to 64GB of DDR4-2400 if more memory is needed. A Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder allows optional 4G or Wi-Fi expansion.

Integration Flexibility and Freed Resources

The fanless design eliminates moving parts and acoustic noise, freeing rack space and reducing maintenance in dusty environments. Video output is provided through HDMI and VGA for secondary displays. Four USB ports (two 3.0, two 2.0), dual LAN, two COM ports and audio jacks connect PLCs, scanners, printers and legacy serial gear. The 12V DC input simplifies cabinet wiring, while auto-power recovery restores operation after outages without manual intervention.
