A 6th Gen Core i5-6200U with 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD runs Windows 11 Pro out of the box.

Bundled I/O and mounting simplify integration

The package includes a 12V DC power supply, power cord and embedded buckle kits for panel or wall mounting. Onboard I/O covers HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, two COM ports and audio in/out. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder allows optional 4G or Wi-Fi expansion without opening the sealed enclosure.

Verify power, mounting cut-out and OS needs

Confirm your site provides 100-240V AC to the included 12V adapter and that the 348 x 272mm panel cut-out matches your enclosure. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed; ensure your software is licensed for this edition. Operating temperature is rated 0-50°C with the SSD installed and 0-40°C when the HDD is active.

Questions about this item

How long does the 15" panel backlight last before it needs replacement?

The LED backlight is rated for a minimum of 30,000 hours of operation.

What thermal limit appears first when the i5-6200U runs at full load continuously?

The CPU throttles once its internal temperature reaches 100°C, which the fanless aluminium chassis manages within the 0–50°C operating range.

How much power does the 12V DC supply draw when the system runs 24/7 with both drives active?

The fanless design keeps consumption ultra-low; the external 12V adapter handles 100–240V AC input at 50–60Hz.
