Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A23 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated front panel and 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 8GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB SSD. The fanless aluminum chassis supports continuous 24/7 operation in industrial automation, kiosk, and control-room settings.

Fanless Cooling and Low Power Draw

Aluminum alloy construction dissipates heat without moving parts, delivering silent operation and dust-proof reliability. The system accepts 12V DC input from a 100-240V AC adapter and runs within a 0 to 50°C range when equipped with the SSD. Backlight life is rated at 30,000 hours minimum at 350cd/m² brightness for long-term deployment.

Compact Integration and Flexible I/O

The 354.3 x 278.3 x 54mm unit fits a 348 x 272mm cut-out and weighs 3.6kg, supporting embedded, wall, desktop, or cantilever mounting. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, two COM ports, audio in/out, and a Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder for wireless expansion. Additional mSATA, M.2 2280, and 2.5-inch SATA bays allow storage upgrades.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the A23 panel PC into a 348 x 272 mm cut-out and which step is most often missed?

Cut the opening to 348 x 272 mm, insert the unit from the front, and secure the embedded mounting brackets; the step most often missed is tightening all brackets evenly so the IP65 front seal compresses uniformly.

Which components can I upgrade later and what are the maximum limits?

You can expand memory via two SODIMM DDR4-2400 slots up to 64 GB total, add storage using the mSATA, M.2 2280 NVME or SATA, and 2.5" SATA bays, and install a Wi-Fi or 4G module in the Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder.

What is the first limit reached during continuous 24/7 operation at full load?

The backlight is rated for a minimum of 30,000 hours, so luminance decay will appear before the fanless aluminium chassis or the 200-million-touch rated screen reach their endurance limits.
