Industrial Panel PC for Edge AI

The Partaker A26 is a 12.1 inch fanless all-in-one system built for industrial edge AI and automation tasks. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i3-5005U dual-core processor at 2.00 GHz with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 512 GB mSATA drive. The IP65-rated capacitive touch screen delivers 1024x768 resolution at 450 cd/m2 brightness for clear visibility in harsh environments.

Expansion Slots Add Wireless and I/O

Two Mini PCIe slots allow the addition of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G or 4G modules with a SIM card holder for remote connectivity. The standard I/O includes dual Gigabit LAN ports, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, four USB ports, HDMI output and audio. Optional GPIO, extra COM and USB interfaces can be specified for deeper machine integration.

Fanless Chassis Simplifies Deployment

The sealed aluminum alloy chassis removes moving parts, enabling silent operation from -20 to +60 °C without filter changes. A standard 12 V DC input is supplied, with an optional 9-36 V wide-range input available for unstable power grids. Installation uses a 298.5x237 mm panel cutout or VESA mounting; the fixed 12.1 inch form factor cannot accommodate larger displays or internal storage upgrades beyond the single mSATA slot.

Questions about this item

Will the fanless aluminum chassis need any internal cleaning or thermal-paste renewal over time?

The sealed fanless aluminum alloy chassis is designed for maintenance-free operation; no internal cleaning or thermal-paste replacement is required.

What limits continuous heavy workloads first, the 2.00 GHz dual-core CPU or the 16 GB DDR3 ceiling?

The 16 GB DDR3 maximum and dual-core 2.00 GHz processor set the performance ceiling for sustained heavy workloads.

How much surface heat and audible noise appear when the unit runs 24/7 at 60 °C ambient?

Fanless design produces zero audible noise; the aluminum chassis dissipates heat passively, rated for continuous operation up to 60 °C ambient with SSD.
