Industrial Panel PC for Factory Automation

The Partaker A26 integrates a 12.1-inch resistive touch display with an Intel Core i5-6200U processor, 32GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB mSATA drive in a fanless aluminium chassis rated IP65 on the front. It targets machine builders and system integrators who need a compact Windows 10 Pro workstation that withstands dust, vibration and wide temperature swings on the production floor.

Replaces Bulky Box PC Plus Separate Monitor

This all-in-one unit removes the cable run and mounting hardware required when a traditional industrial computer drives an external screen. The jump is worth it when cabinet space is limited to the 298.5 x 237 mm cutout or when a single 12V DC feed — optionally widened to 9–36V — must power both compute and display without an extra power supply.

Sustained Load in Fanless Enclosure

Passive cooling across the aluminium alloy shell keeps the dual-core processor at its 2.80 GHz boost during long shifts without moving parts to fail or ingest contaminants. Dual Gigabit LAN ports maintain network redundancy for watchdog and PXE functions, while the resistive panel rated for 50 million touches and 450 cd/m² brightness stays responsive through continuous operator input.

Questions about this item

What cut-out size does the 12.1" panel need for embedded mounting?

The front panel requires a rectangular cut-out of 298.5 mm by 237 mm for embedded installation. The unit also supports standard VESA mounting as an alternative.

Which step is often missed when fitting the DC power connector?

Verify the input voltage matches the 12 V DC default or the optional 9–36 V wide-range setting before applying power; using the wrong range can prevent start-up.

How long is the resistive touch screen rated to last?

The resistive touch layer is rated for up to 50 million touches, so replacement is unlikely during normal industrial service life.
