Industrial 15-inch panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a fanless all-in-one computer built into an IP65-rated aluminium front panel. A resistive touchscreen and Intel Core i5-8250U processor make it suitable for factory automation, kiosk or machine-control tasks where dust and water exposure are routine.

Check power and mounting first

The unit requires a 12 V DC supply, with an optional 9–36 V wide-range input available on request. Installation uses a 355×279 mm panel cutout for embedded mounting. Verify that your enclosure provides this aperture and that the DC source matches the chosen voltage range before ordering.

Silent thermals and modest draw

Fanless convection cooling keeps the system completely silent and maintenance-free across a -20 to +60 °C operating range. The i5-8250U runs at up to 3.40 GHz within a low thermal envelope, so power consumption stays modest even under continuous industrial workloads.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Partaker A27 and what do I need to add for Wi-Fi?

The unit ships as a complete fanless all-in-one with the i5-8250U, 32GB DDR4, 512GB mSATA SSD, Windows 10 Pro, resistive touchscreen, dual Gigabit LAN, HDMI, two COM ports and four USB ports. Wi-Fi or 4G requires a mini PCIe module installed in one of the two expansion slots.

Should I choose the standard 12 V DC input or the optional 9–36 V wide-range version?

The standard model accepts 12 V DC only. Select the wide-range 9–36 V option if the supply voltage varies or if the machine will run from vehicle or battery power.

What does the IP65 rating on the 15-inch front panel mean for daily use?

The front bezel is sealed against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, so the panel can be wiped down or operated in wet, dusty industrial environments without damaging the internal electronics.
