Industrial panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-3317U processor running at up to 2.60 GHz with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 128GB mSATA drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and targets industrial automation, logistics and monitoring tasks that demand a compact, sealed workstation.

IP65 front panel and embedded mounting

The gray aluminium alloy chassis is fanless and rated IP65 on the front, resisting dust and water jets in harsh environments. A 355×279 mm panel cutout allows embedded installation while the rear provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, four USB ports, HDMI, audio and a 12V DC input with optional 9~36V wide-range support.

Silent thermal design and wide temperature range

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts, so the system runs silently and maintenance-free from -20 to +60 °C with the solid-state drive installed. Dual mini PCIe slots accept Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 4G modules, and the 1024×768 capacitive touchscreen delivers 350 cd/m² brightness for clear visibility in variable lighting conditions.

Questions about this item

What does the dual Gigabit Ethernet interface cap at in practice?

Each of the two Realtek Gigabit ports runs at up to 1 Gbps, so the wired network link is limited to that speed regardless of the switch on the other end.

What panel cutout is needed for the embedded mount?

The front bezel fits a 355×279 mm rectangular cutout; the aluminium alloy shell then seats flush and meets the IP65 seal.

How is the mSATA drive fitted and what step is often missed?

Slide the mSATA SSD into the internal slot at a slight angle, press it flat, and secure it with the single retention screw; forgetting that screw leaves the drive unseated and the system will not boot.
