Industrial All-in-One Panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch industrial all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-8250U processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 128GB mSATA SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and features an IP65-rated capacitive multi-touch front panel. The fanless aluminium chassis is designed for harsh environments such as automation, logistics and medical settings.

Embedded Mounting and I/O Integration

Installation uses a 355×279 mm panel cutout for embedded mounting, securing the IP65 front seal against dust and water ingress. The fanless design removes moving parts, reducing maintenance in dirty conditions. Dual Gigabit LAN, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, four USB ports and an HDMI output provide extensive connectivity; optional GPIO and additional COM or USB interfaces require separate configuration.

Sustained Operation in Wide Temperatures

The system operates continuously from -20 to +60 °C using the solid-state drive and natural surface airflow, with no fan to fail or clog. The i5-8250U runs up to 3.40 GHz under load while the aluminium shell dissipates heat passively. Dual mini PCIe slots allow wireless expansion for remote monitoring, and the watchdog timer (0–255 levels) supports unattended reliability in long-running industrial deployments.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the fanless A27 is running correctly after installation?

Power on the unit, confirm Windows 10 Pro boots on the 1024×768 capacitive touchscreen, and check that both Realtek Gigabit LAN ports show link lights and the dual-core i5-8250U reports 8 GB DDR4 in Task Manager.

Which cables or modules must I source separately for the A27?

The box includes the 15" panel PC with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB mSATA SSD, a DC 12 V power adapter, and panel-mount brackets; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G or 4G mini PCIe cards, SIM card, optional GPIO, extra COM or USB cables, and wide-voltage 9–36 V DC supply are not included.

Should I choose the standard 8 GB RAM and 128 GB mSATA SSD or plan an upgrade?

The system ships with 8 GB DDR4 and a 128 GB mSATA drive; two DDR4 slots support up to 32 GB total, and the single mSATA slot can be swapped for a larger drive if your application needs more memory or storage.
