Industrial Panel PC with Capacitive Touch

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built into an IP65-rated aluminium chassis. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an Intel Core i5-4200U processor with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 512 GB mSATA drive. The fanless design allows silent operation from -20 to +60 °C.

Suited for Factory Automation and Kiosk Builders

Engineers who need a sealed front panel, dual Gigabit LAN ports and legacy serial connectivity will find the required I/O already integrated. Buyers who require a larger display area, higher screen resolution or a modern high-performance processor should evaluate other form factors.

15-Inch 4:3 Touchscreen in IP65 Enclosure

The 1024×768 capacitive panel is bonded to a 350 cd/m² TFT LCD and fits a standard 355×279 mm panel cutout. This specific screen size, aspect ratio and ingress rating determine whether the unit fits the intended mounting aperture and environmental conditions.

Questions about this item

How is the i5-4200U cooled during continuous 24/7 operation?

The A27 uses a fanless all-metal chassis that dissipates heat passively across the aluminium shell, so there are no moving parts to service and the CPU runs silently at its 2.60 GHz boost.

What limits the i5-4200U when the A27 runs at full load all day?

Sustained performance is capped by the passive thermal envelope of the sealed chassis; the processor will throttle to stay within the -20 to +60 °C operating window.

How much power does the A27 draw from a 12 V supply under typical all-day workloads?

The unit operates on standard DC 12 V input; peak system draw stays within the 12 V rail while the dual 8 W speakers add only modest extra load.
