Industrial Touch Panel PC

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6-inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i3-5005U processor running at 2.00 GHz with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 256 GB mSATA drive. Its aluminium-alloy chassis is fanless and carries an IP65-rated front panel, making it suitable for dusty or wet industrial environments where silent operation matters. It ships with Windows 10 Pro installed.

Resistive Touch and Dual-Display Limits

The 1920x1080 TFT-LCD uses a resistive touchscreen rated for 50 million touches, which works with gloves but does not support multi-finger gestures like a capacitive panel. Video output is provided through one HDMI port and an internal LVDS link that drives the built-in screen, allowing synchronous or asynchronous dual-display operation. No other video interfaces are present.

Embedded Mounting and Expansion Gaps

Installation requires a 385x234.3 mm panel cutout for embedded mounting; the unit is not designed for VESA or desktop placement without additional brackets. Expansion relies on two mini PCIe slots, one pre-wired for a SIM card, but Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular modules are not included. Buyers needing GPIO, extra COM or USB ports must order those interfaces separately.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 16 GB DDR3 and 256 GB mSATA configuration or add more memory later?

The unit ships with 16 GB DDR3 across two slots, which is the maximum supported, so no further memory upgrade is possible; the 256 GB mSATA drive is the only internal storage bay.

What does the 2.00 GHz Core i3-5005U deliver in daily industrial use?

The dual-core processor runs at a fixed 2.00 GHz with 3 MB cache, providing steady performance for HMI, data logging and light edge-computing tasks without turbo boost variability.

How do the dual Gigabit LAN ports and HDMI output limit real-world throughput?

Each Realtek Gigabit LAN port caps at 1 Gbps wired throughput, while the single HDMI port drives one external display up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz alongside the built-in panel.
