Industrial Touch Panel PC

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6 inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-7200U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB mSATA SSD. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a Full HD 1920x1080 TFT-LCD panel that integrates a resistive touchscreen rated for 50 million touches. The fanless aluminum alloy chassis provides IP65 front protection and operates silently across a -20 to +60°C temperature range.

Suited For Fixed Industrial Stations

This unit fits embedded installations that need a 385x234.3 mm panel cutout, dual Gigabit LAN, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, and 12V DC or wide-range 9~36V power input. It is not suited for buyers who need capacitive multi-touch as standard, require more than two mini PCIe expansion slots, or need storage interfaces other than the single mSATA connection provided.

Single mSATA Storage Interface

The system offers one mSATA slot for solid-state storage, which the supplied 512GB drive occupies. There are no additional M.2 or 2.5 inch drive bays listed, so capacity cannot be expanded internally without replacing the existing module. Verify that this single-drive constraint matches your application before purchase.

Questions about this item

What limits sustained performance when the i5-7200U runs at its 3.10 GHz turbo for long periods?

The fanless aluminium chassis relies on passive cooling, so the CPU will throttle once its thermal envelope is reached, and the 12 V DC input caps power delivery.

How much noise and heat should I expect from the system when it operates all day in a dusty workshop?

Zero fan noise because the design is fanless; the IP65 front panel seals out dust, and the unit is rated to run continuously up to 60 °C ambient temperature.

Which cables and mounts must I already have to install this panel PC in a 385 x 234.3 mm cutout?

You need a 12 V DC power supply, the panel cutout itself, and any peripheral cables for the dual LAN, dual COM, four USB or HDMI ports you plan to use.
