Industrial All-in-One with Resistive Touch

The Partaker A3 is a 13.3 inch all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. Its IP65-rated front panel and high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen withstand dust, moisture and gloved operation. A fanless aluminium chassis enables silent 24/7 running from 0 to 50°C with the SSD installed. Windows 11 Pro arrives pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Dual-Drive Storage and 16GB Memory

A 256GB mSATA SSD handles the operating system and applications while a 1TB 2.5 inch SATA drive provides bulk capacity for logs and media. The 16GB DDR4 SODIMM configuration reaches the platform maximum, giving headroom for multitasking and local data buffering. The 1280 x 800 TFT LED panel at 300 cd/m² remains readable in bright ambient light.

Embedded Mounting and Legacy I/O

The unit fits a 326 x 232 mm cut-out for panel or wall mounting and ships with embedded buckle kits. Video outputs include HDMI and VGA for external displays. Connectivity covers two Gigabit LAN ports, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, two COM ports and audio I/O. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder allows optional 4G or Wi-Fi expansion. Power input accepts 100-240V AC via the included 12V adapter.

Questions about this item

Will the Intel Core i5-6200U and 16GB DDR4 handle legacy serial devices through the two COM ports?

Yes, the two COM ports are native interfaces on the Partaker A3, so legacy serial equipment connects directly without adapters while the i5-6200U and 16GB DDR4 manage the workload.

How can I confirm the 13.3" resistive touchscreen and fanless cooling are operating correctly after installation?

Verify touch response across the 1280 x 800 panel, check that the front IP65 seal remains intact, and listen for silence — the aluminum alloy chassis runs without fans, so any noise indicates an issue.

Which items ship in the box and what must I source separately for a typical embedded mount?

The box contains the Partaker A3 panel PC, 12V power supply, power cord, embedded buckle kits and warranty card; you will need to provide the mounting surface, any network cabling for the two LAN ports and optional Mini PCIe Wi-Fi or 4G module with SIM.
