Compact industrial panel PC

The Partaker A3 integrates a 13.3 inch TFT LED display with an IP65-rated front panel and a high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen. A fanless aluminium chassis houses a fourth-generation Intel Core i3 processor and Intel HD Graphics 4400, delivering silent 24/7 operation in embedded, wall-mounted or desktop installations.

8 GB DDR3L and 512 GB SSD headroom

The system ships with 8 GB of DDR3L 1333/1600 memory in a single SODIMM slot, which is also the maximum supported capacity. Storage uses a 512 GB mSATA SSD with an additional 2.5 inch SATA bay available for a second drive, while a Mini PCIe slot with SIM socket allows wireless expansion.

Upgrade from legacy panel PCs

This unit replaces older fan-cooled or lower-resolution industrial panels that lack IP65 sealing or resistive touch rated for 35 million actuations. The jump is worthwhile when silent cooling, extended temperature range (0–50 °C with SSD) and legacy COM-port connectivity are required for automation or kiosk deployments.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 x COM ports on the Partaker A3 connect to my existing serial equipment?

Yes, the unit provides two standard COM ports for legacy serial devices, and the fanless aluminium-alloy chassis is rated for 0–50 °C operation so it can sit alongside older industrial gear in the same cabinet.

How can I verify the 13.3" TFT LED panel and Intel HD Graphics 4400 are running correctly after installation?

Power on the system; the 1280 x 800 resistive touchscreen should respond to stylus or gloved input, and Windows 10 Pro will show the Intel HD Graphics 4400 adapter in Device Manager with the correct driver version.

What ships in the box and which expansion parts must I source separately?

The package includes the A3 panel PC, 12 V power supply, power cord, embedded buckle kits and warranty card; a Mini PCIe Wi-Fi/4G module with SIM, additional mSATA or 2.5" SATA storage, and up to 8 GB DDR3L SODIMM RAM are not included.
