Industrial All-in-One PC

The Partaker A30 is a 21.5-inch fanless panel computer built for factory automation and HMI tasks. Its IP65-rated flat front panel resists dust and water jets, while the capacitive touchscreen supports over 50 million touches. An Intel Core i5-6200U processor with 16GB DDR4-2133 memory and a 512GB SSD runs Windows 11 Pro out of the box.

Silent Fanless Thermals

Aluminum alloy construction dissipates heat without moving parts, delivering completely silent operation. The system is rated for continuous 24/7 use across a -20°C to 60°C ambient range with the installed SSD. Dual Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.0 ports, two COM ports and HDMI provide extensive industrial connectivity without adding active cooling noise.

Sustained Load Reliability

A hardware watchdog timer with 0-255 levels monitors system health during long production runs. Auto power-on, Wake-on-LAN and PXE boot enable remote recovery after power events. Two Mini PCIe slots with a SIM holder allow wireless upgrades, while mSATA and 2.5-inch SATA bays support storage expansion for logging-heavy workloads.

Questions about this item

How is the 21.5" IP65 front panel mounted, and which step is often missed?

Use the four embedded mounting clips to secure the 528 x 320 mm cut-out; the step often missed is tightening all clips evenly so the IP65 seal stays uniform.

What component will need replacement first during 24/7 operation?

The capacitive touch layer is rated for more than 50 million touches; under heavy HMI use that surface reaches its limit before the fanless aluminum cooling or SSD.

What thermal limit appears first under sustained load at high ambient temperature?

The CPU throttles once the internal temperature approaches the 60 °C upper operating boundary, because the fanless chassis relies on surface airflow alone.
