Industrial touch-panel PC

The Partaker A30 is a 21.5 inch all-in-one computer built for factory automation and HMI use. Its IP65-rated flat front panel resists dust and water jets while the resistive touch screen handles gloved operation. An Intel Core i5-7200U with 16 GB DDR4-2133 and a 512 GB SSD runs Windows 11 Pro in a fanless aluminum chassis rated for -20 °C to 60 °C ambient temperatures.

Installation and common issues

The unit weighs 7.6 kg and measures 540 x 332 x 78 mm with an embedded cut-out of 528 x 320 mm; four mounting clips are included for panel, wall, desktop or cantilever fitting. A single 12 V DC input accepts 100-240 V AC via the supplied adapter, and an optional 9-36 V wide-voltage range can be specified at order time. Installers should verify the cut-out dimensions before cutting and confirm the DC voltage variant matches the site supply to avoid power-on failures.

Interface limits

Dual Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.0 ports, two COM ports for RS232/485 and one HDMI output provide the wired connectivity; wireless requires a Mini PCIe module with SIM slot. Storage expansion uses one mSATA slot and one 2.5 inch SATA bay, both limited to the SATA protocol. The resistive touch controller is rated for 50 million touches, and the watchdog timer offers 0-255 levels for remote watchdog management.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the fanless i5-7200U unit is running correctly after embedded installation?

Verify the IP65 front panel powers on automatically, both Realtek Gigabit LAN ports show link lights, the resistive touch registers input, and Windows 11 Pro boots to the desktop within the 250 cd/m² display.

Which items ship in the box and what must I source separately for the A30?

The package contains the panel PC, 12 V power supply, AC power cord, four embedded mounting clips, and a warranty card; Mini PCIe WiFi/BT/3G/4G modules, SIM cards, additional mSATA or 2.5" SATA drives, and any cantilever or wall brackets are not included.

Should I choose the 16 GB / 512 GB configuration or add more memory and storage for my HMI workload?

The system arrives with 16 GB DDR4-2133 across two SODIMM slots (max 32 GB) and a 512 GB mSATA SSD plus an open 2.5" SATA bay; add a second SODIMM and a 2.5" drive if your application needs more than 16 GB RAM or extra local storage.
