Industrial IP65 All-in-One PC

This 15-inch all-in-one computer combines an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 16GB DDR4 memory, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. Its front panel carries IP65 protection against dust and water jets, making it suitable for factory floors, outdoor kiosks and other harsh environments. The unit ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and operates silently through fanless aluminium alloy cooling.

Sustained load behaviour

Fanless cooling keeps the system completely silent during continuous 24/7 operation, while the aluminium chassis dissipates heat without moving parts. Operating temperature ranges from 0 to 50°C with the SSD installed and 0 to 40°C when the mechanical hard drive is active. A hardware watchdog timer set to 255 seconds can trigger automatic power-on after a failure, supporting unattended reliability.

Deciding specification

The 15-inch TFT LED panel delivers 1024 x 768 resolution at 350 cd/m² brightness with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 10-point projected capacitive touch rated for 200 million touches. Viewing angles reach 80 degrees left and right, 60 degrees top and bottom, and the backlight is rated for a minimum of 30,000 hours. This screen specification determines whether the unit fits the visual and durability needs of the intended installation.

Questions about this item

How much heat and noise does the fanless aluminium cooling produce during 24/7 operation?

The all-in-one uses a fanless aluminium-alloy heatsink, so it runs silently and its operating range is 0–50 °C with the SSD or 0–40 °C when the 2.5" HDD is active.

Which mounting hardware and DC supply must I already have to install the panel PC?

The unit needs a panel cut-out of 348 x 272 mm for embedded fitting and ships with a 12 V DC power adapter that accepts 100–240 V AC input.

Can the HDMI and VGA outputs drive a second monitor alongside the built-in 1024 x 768 screen?

Yes, both HDMI and VGA ports are present, allowing an external display to run in parallel with the internal 15" TFT LED panel.
