Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

This 15-inch all-in-one computer combines an IP65-rated front panel with a fanless aluminium chassis. It runs on an Intel Core i7 11th Gen processor with 16GB DDR4 memory, 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled for immediate deployment in industrial settings.

Suits Factory Floors and Embedded Kiosks

The 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen works with gloves and resists dust and water jets. Operating temperatures reach 50°C with the SSD installed. Buyers who need a higher-resolution display or a larger screen diagonal should look at something else.

IP65 Front Panel Rating Decides Fit

The front bezel meets IP65 protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This rating determines whether the unit survives wash-downs or outdoor exposure. Verify that your mounting cut-out matches the 348 x 272 mm opening before ordering.

Questions about this item

How much power does the fanless i7-1165G7 draw during continuous 24/7 operation?

The unit runs on a 12 V DC supply fed from a 100-240 V AC adapter; the fanless aluminium chassis dissipates heat silently, so there is no fan power draw.

Which cables or peripherals are not included but are needed to get this panel PC running?

The box contains the panel PC and its power supply; you must supply any network cables, USB devices, COM cables, display cables for the HDMI or VGA outputs, and audio leads you need.

Will the two COM ports and VGA output work with my existing industrial PLCs and older monitors?

The system provides two standard COM ports and a VGA connector alongside two LAN ports, HDMI, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 for legacy and current gear.
