Industrial 15" Panel PC with IP65 Front

The Partaker A5 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory. It combines a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD for mixed-speed storage in a single unit. The IP65-rated front panel protects against dust and water jets in harsh environments. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and ready for immediate deployment.

Fanless Aluminium Cooling 0 to 50°C Operation

An aluminium alloy chassis provides passive, fanless cooling for completely silent operation. The system is rated for continuous use from 0 to 50°C when running from the SSD and 0 to 40°C with the hard drive active. Power is supplied by an external 12V DC adapter accepting 100-240V AC input. The display offers 350cd/m2 brightness with a 1000:1 contrast ratio.

5-Wire Resistive Touch 35 Million Touches

The high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen delivers reliable input even with gloves or in extreme conditions, rated for 35 million touch events. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, audio I/O and two COM ports. Expansion is available via a Mini PCIe slot with a SIM card slot for wireless modules. Mounting buckle kits support embedded, wall or desktop installation.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 15-inch A5 panel PC into a 348 x 272 mm cut-out without damaging the IP65 front seal?

Use the supplied mounting buckle kits, align the panel evenly in the opening, and tighten each bracket gradually so the gasket compresses uniformly; overtightening one corner breaks the seal.

Which storage drive will need replacement first in a 24/7 industrial workload?

The 1 TB 2.5-inch SATA HDD has moving parts and a 0–40 °C operating limit, so it typically fails before the 256 GB mSATA SSD or the M.2 NVMe/SATA drive.

What thermal limit appears first when the fanless i7-8565U runs sustained loads at 40 °C ambient?

The CPU will throttle once its internal junction temperature hits the 100 °C protection point, because the passive aluminium chassis cannot dissipate full turbo power continuously.
