Industrial panel PC with IP65 front panel

The Partaker A5 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built for harsh environments. Its front panel meets IP65 protection against dust and water jets. An Intel Core i5-8265U processor and 16GB DDR4 memory run Windows 11 Pro from a 256GB SSD. Fanless aluminium alloy cooling enables silent 24/7 operation at 0 to 50°C.

Resistive touchscreen and legacy I/O included

A high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen works with gloves and survives 35 million touches. The panel offers 1024 x 768 resolution at 350 cd/m² brightness. Built-in I/O covers HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, audio in/out and two COM ports. Expansion slots accept Wi-Fi or 4G modules with a SIM slot.

Check mounting cut-out and DC power needs

Panel mounting requires a 348 x 272 mm opening; overall dimensions are 354.3 x 278.3 x 54 mm and weight is 3.6 kg. The unit runs on 12 V DC from a 100-240 V AC adapter supplied in the box. Storage bays support one mSATA, one M.2 2280 NVMe or SATA and one 2.5-inch SATA drive. Operating humidity range is 10 to 95% non-condensing.

Questions about this item

How long will the 5-wire resistive touchscreen last before it needs replacement?

The touchscreen is rated for 35 million touches, which translates to years of typical industrial use before any replacement is needed.

What thermal limit will throttle the i5-8265U during continuous 24/7 operation?

The fanless aluminum chassis is rated for 0–50 °C ambient with the SSD installed; sustained loads at the top of that range will trigger CPU throttling first.

How much heat and noise does the fanless design produce when running all day?

Passive cooling means zero fan noise; the aluminum alloy chassis dissipates the i5-8265U's 15 W TDP as gentle warmth across the rear fins.
