Industrial Panel PC for Embedded Use

The Partaker A5-PA-150TPC-CE5A(J64)-8G128G is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. It combines an Intel Celeron J6412 processor with 8GB DDR4 memory and a 128GB SATA SSD inside an IP65-rated aluminium chassis. The fanless design and wide operating temperature range suit embedded installations, machine interfaces and factory automation where reliability matters more than raw speed.

Resistive Touch and Expansion Ready

A 5-wire resistive touchscreen rated for 200 million touches works with gloves or stylus, unlike capacitive alternatives. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and offers one SODIMM slot supporting up to 32GB DDR4, plus an M.2 2280 SATA slot and a 2.5-inch SATA bay for storage upgrades. Four USB 3.0 ports, dual LAN, three COM ports and HDMI connect PLCs, barcode scanners and secondary displays without extra adapters.

Check Mounting Cut-out and Power Input

Verify the 348 by 272 millimetre panel cut-out matches your enclosure before ordering. The unit requires a 12V DC supply from the included 100-240V AC adapter; it does not accept direct mains voltage. Expansion via the Mini PCIe slot is limited to Wi-Fi modules, and the SIM slot is a custom option not fitted by default. Ensure your application can operate within the 1024 by 768 resolution and 350 cd/m² brightness.

Questions about this item

How long before the 350 cd/m² backlight on the 15" TFT LED panel reaches its minimum 30,000-hour lifespan?

The backlight is rated for a minimum of 30,000 hours; at continuous 24/7 operation that equals roughly three and a half years before brightness may drop below specification.

Which thermal limit appears first when the fanless aluminium chassis runs the Intel Celeron J6412 at sustained load?

The operating-temperature ceiling is 50 °C with the installed SSD; exceeding this limit will trigger throttling or shutdown before any other component constraint is reached.

Does the fanless design stay silent while the 5-wire resistive touchscreen and J6412 processor run all day?

Yes — the aluminium alloy chassis uses passive cooling only, so there are no moving parts to generate acoustic noise during continuous operation.
