Check power, mounting and OS needs

Verify that your installation can supply 12V DC power via the included 100-240V AC adapter. The embedded mounting cut-out measures 386.5 x 236 mm and the unit is 54.5 mm deep. Confirm that Windows 11 Pro suits your software stack; Ubuntu Linux is also supported. Expansion slots include Mini PCIe with a SIM slot for optional wireless modules.

Fanless aluminium build with versatile I/O

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts for silent, dust-resistant running. The front withstands water jets and dust to IP65. Rear ports include HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, audio in/out, two COM ports and a 12V DC jack. Internal storage uses one mSATA, one M.2 2280 NVMe or SATA, and one 2.5 inch SATA bay.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box includes the A6 panel PC, a 12 V power supply, a power cord and the embedded mounting buckle kit. No Wi-Fi or 4G module is included; the Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder is available if you need wireless connectivity.

Which memory and storage versions are offered for this model?

This unit ships with 32 GB of DDR4-2400 SODIMM memory installed across two slots, a 512 GB mSATA SSD, and a 1 TB 2.5-inch SATA HDD. The board supports up to 64 GB RAM and also has an M.2 2280 slot for an additional NVMe or SATA drive.

What does the 4.60 GHz CPU figure mean in daily use?

The i7-8565U can boost a single core to 4.60 GHz for short bursts, while sustained multi-core workloads run at lower clocks. The fanless aluminium chassis keeps the system silent, so prolonged heavy loads will throttle to stay within the 0 – 50 °C operating range.
