Industrial 15.6" Panel PC with IP65 Front

The Partaker A7 is a fanless all-in-one computer built for continuous operation in harsh environments. Its aluminium chassis passively cools an Intel Core i5-8265U processor alongside 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SSD. The 15.6-inch TFT LED panel delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution behind a high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen rated for 35 million touches. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Connectivity Limits of the Provided I/O

Two Gigabit LAN ports handle wired networking while dual COM ports support legacy serial equipment. Video output is restricted to HDMI and VGA, so modern DisplayPort or USB-C monitors require adapters. The board includes two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 sockets; no faster USB 3.1 or 3.2 interfaces are present. Internal expansion uses a single Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder for optional wireless modules, but no M.2 Key-E slot exists for newer Wi-Fi cards.

Upgrading from Older Embedded Box PCs

This unit replaces bulky fan-cooled industrial boxes that demand regular filter changes and acoustic enclosures. The IP65-sealed front eliminates the need for a separate NEMA-rated cabinet in wash-down zones. The jump is worthwhile when silence, dust immunity and a 0–50 °C operating range matter more than raw CPU throughput. Buyers who need more storage bays, PCIe add-in cards or active cooling for sustained turbo clocks should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16 GB DDR4 configuration or the maximum 64 GB?

The unit ships with 16 GB DDR4-2400 in two SODIMM slots and supports up to 64 GB total, so choose 16 GB for standard tasks or upgrade to 64 GB if your industrial software needs more headroom.

What does the i5-8265U's 3.90 GHz turbo mean for daily operation?

The processor runs at a base speed and can boost up to 3.90 GHz for short bursts, giving responsive performance for HMI, data logging and light edge-computing workloads.

How fast is the M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe x4 slot in practice?

The M.2 2280 slot runs at PCIe x4, so an NVMe SSD can reach its full sequential read and write potential without a bottlenecked lane.
