Industrial 15.6" All-in-One with IP65 Front Panel

This 15.6" TFT LED panel PC integrates an Intel Core i5-8265U processor, 32GB DDR4 memory, 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD behind an IP65-rated front bezel. A high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen and fanless aluminium chassis suit continuous operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor enclosures. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Fanless Passive Cooling for Silent 7x24 Operation

The aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat without moving parts, delivering ultra-silent performance and high energy efficiency across the 0–50°C operating range with SSD or 0–40°C with HDD. DC 12V input accepts 100–240V AC via the included adapter, keeping power draw low in always-on industrial scenarios. No fan noise means suitability for noise-sensitive control rooms.

32GB DDR4 / 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD Storage

Dual SODIMM slots support up to 64GB DDR4-2400, while one mSATA, one M.2 2280 NVME/SATA and one 2.5" SATA bay provide flexible storage expansion. Buyers needing more than 64GB RAM or additional drive bays beyond the three provided should consider a rackmount industrial server instead.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the A7 panel PC into a 386.5 x 236 mm cut-out using the embedded buckle kits?

Slide the unit into the opening from the front, then tighten the supplied buckle kits against the rear face of the panel until the IP65 gasket seats evenly; the aluminium chassis is 54.5 mm deep so allow that clearance behind the mounting surface.

Which storage drive will need attention first and how do I access it?

The 2.5" 1 TB HDD has moving parts and a 0–40 °C operating limit; remove the rear cover to reach the SATA bay and swap it for an SSD if the environment exceeds 40 °C.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous 7×24 operation in a sealed cabinet?

The fanless aluminium chassis is rated to 50 °C with SSD or 40 °C with the HDD installed; sustained loads that push internal air above those points will throttle the i5-8265U before any other component reaches its maximum.
