Industrial panel PC for 24/7 environments

The Partaker A7 is a 15.6" all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i7-6500U processor with 8GB DDR3L memory, a 512GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. Its IP65-rated front panel and high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen are designed for continuous operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor cabinets. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Fanless cooling and embedded mounting simplify

An aluminium-alloy passive heatsink removes the need for moving parts, eliminating fan noise and a common failure point in dusty settings. The package includes embedded buckle kits that secure the unit into a 386.5 x 236 mm cut-out, while a 12 V DC power supply supports 100-240 V AC input. Two LAN ports, two COM ports, HDMI and VGA give flexible connectivity for legacy and modern peripherals.

Installation fits standard panel cut-outs

The chassis measures 392.6 x 241.7 x 54.5 mm and weighs 3.4 kg, matching common industrial enclosure dimensions. A single 12 V DC jack powers the system, so only one cable crosses the panel seal. Operators should verify the 0-50 °C operating range with SSD or 0-40 °C with the mechanical HDD, and ensure the mounting surface is flat to maintain the IP65 seal.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6 inch resistive touchscreen need replacement after heavy industrial use?

The five-wire resistive touchscreen is rated for 35 million touches and the LED backlight has a minimum life of 30000 hours, so replacement is unlikely during normal service life.

What thermal limit appears first when the fanless i7-6500U runs continuously at full load?

The operating temperature ceiling is 50 °C with the SSD installed and 40 °C when the 1 TB HDD is active, so the HDD limit is reached first under sustained heavy workloads.

How much heat and noise does the aluminium passive cooler produce during 24/7 operation?

The fanless aluminium alloy chassis runs completely silent and is designed for 7x24-hour operation within the 0 to 50 °C range, drawing power from a 12 V DC supply.
